Distribution company “Master Coffee” is an official distributor of Swiss, Italian, Chinese coffee machines and coffee brands: -“CARTE NOIRE”, “ JACOBS”, “PIAZZA DORO”, “L’OR” in Georgia.

The company announces a vacancy for the position of:

Regional Manager of Eastern Georgia. (Shida Kartli, Kakheti).

Functions and Responsibilities:

• Searching for new objects, conducting negotiations;

• Monitoring the team's activities.

• Continuous analysis of the team members' activities and ensuring the improvement of work processes.

• Establishing/maintaining long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Ensuring the increase of sales;

• Conducting negotiations with existing and new objects, drawing up contracts;

• Controlling the implementation of the plan;

• Monitoring clients' liabilities;

• Monitoring the amounts brought and transferred by employees;

• Reporting on the work done;

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education;

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (in distribution) will be considered an advantage;

• Knowledge of MS Office programs;

• Knowledge of one foreign language at the communication level is desirable;

• Own light vehicle;

Skills and Abilities:

• Hardworking;

• Ability to effectively manage a team;

• Sales and negotiation skills;

• Detail-oriented;

• Punctual;

Working conditions:

• Working hours: 9:00 –18:00;

• Days off: Saturday/Sunday;

• Health insurance;
