Function - Responsibilities:

Managing subordinate personnel;
Management of trade processes - ensuring compliance with established product planograms, placement of goods on shelves, filling of goods on shelves and control of expiration dates;
General analysis of sales, quantitative/qualitative analysis of sold products;
Management of accounting processes - management and control of cash and financial transactions, management of the inventory process;
Daily monitoring of the work performed by subordinate employees, their coaching directly in the work process, if necessary;
Selection of new employees, ensuring their integration into the working environment, training them for the purpose of performing their work, supporting them; creating an environment conducive to their retention;
Management of the internship process in accordance with the established procedure, professional support of interns;
Inventory management, ordering of products based on sales and balances;
Control and ensuring the technical serviceability of the store.

Vacancy requirements:

Secondary or vocational education;
At least 2 years of work experience in retail trade, in various positions. Knowledge of office programs.
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

Personal characteristics:

Responsibility, decision-making;
Organization;
Focus on details;
Communication skills, good interpersonal skills;
