The company "2 Steps" announces a vacancy for the position of International Relocation and Customs Clearance Specialist.

Job schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week

Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00

Work location: Isani, Navtlugi str. #39/41

Number of vacancies: 1

Main functions and responsibilities:

Communicate with suppliers and plan the logistics process in accordance with the order received from the logistics department.
Control the order preparation deadlines with international suppliers after placing orders.
Communicate with the revenue service and identify the documentation required for customs clearance of the goods together with the product development manager.
Request accompanying documentation for the cargo from suppliers in advance and monitor the correctness of the submitted documentation.
Take into account the specific requirements specified by the supplier when choosing a means of transport (temperature regime, etc.)
Ensure overland and sea transportation and control transportation deadlines.
Prepare import documentation for customs clearance procedures and declare the cargo.
Respond promptly to the presence of problematic, defective products to resolve the issue and work on compensation for damages with the transport company.
Ensure financial compliance of the customs clearance and transfer process.
Close communication with the accounting department on issues related to customs clearance, transportation.
Prepare a report on current relocations and submit it to the immediate supervisor.

Qualification requirements and skills:

Higher education (preferably in business administration)
2 years of experience in international relocation
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of English is required (Russian is an advantage).
Detail-oriented
A sense of responsibility
