"Sharm Trading" announces a vacancy for the position of ,,Brand Manager" .

Location: Tbilisi

Working hours: Monday-Friday  09:00-18:00

Functions and responsibilities:

• Ensuring the strategic development of the brand;
• Studying the specifics of the brand's assortment;
• Developing and systematically analyzing the annual sales plan.
• Constant monitoring of the brand's positions in the international market
• Identifying and solving problems related to the brand.
• Maintaining systematic and close communication with international partners.
• Developing terms of contracts with KA partners in the Georgian market
• Systematic visits to facilities, studying the competition, and conducting relevant analysis;
• Managing the sales team.

Qualification requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, management or business administration.
• It is necessary to have at least 2 years of experience in the position of Brand Manager. (Candidates with experience in working with international brands will be given priority)
• Team management experience.
• Strong strategic thinking skills.
• Market research and data analysis skills
• Project management skills.
• English proficiency (written and oral B2 level).
• Russian proficiency (written and oral B2 level).
• Light vehicle and driving license B category
