International Moving Company LLC is a logistics company that provides international moving services by land, air, rail, and sea routes.
Our goal is to help importers to move their cargo safely and quickly, simplify customs procedures, and prepare complete documentation.
The main task of the Customs Relations Manager is:
- Preparation of full cycle of moving documentation
- Providing accurate and timely information to cargo owners
- Improving and optimizing the company's internal moving processes
Key responsibilities:
- Communicate with cargo owners and inform them about the status of the cargo, customs clearance, and documentation
- Prepare the necessary documentation for the moving process
- Check, translate, and control the accuracy of invoices
- Use of International Commercial Terms (Incoterms)
- Determine the characteristics of the cargo
- Regulate the documentation of various types of transportation (air, sea, land, and rail)
- Provide the declarant with the necessary documentation for interaction with customs
- Prepare the necessary documentation for cargo insurance
Qualification requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Work experience: at least 3 years in the field of customs relations (by agreement, it is possible without experience)
Languages:
- Georgian (native)
- English/Russian (good level)
Computer skills:
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience in working with the RS.GE platform
