International Moving Company LLC is a logistic company providing international moving services by land, air, rail, and sea routes. 

Our aim is to assist importers in safe and fast cargo delivery, simplification of customs procedures, and full documentation preparation. 

The main task of the Customer Service Operator is to:

  • Communicate effectively with importers and cargo owners
  • Handle importers’ and cargo owners’ requests timely and efficiently
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
Key responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, online platforms (Facebook, Instagram), and email
  • Receive, process, and monitor orders
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate to the appropriate departments when necessary
  • Provide detailed information about the company's services and products
  • Collect customer feedback and contribute to service quality improvement
  • Enter and update data in the CRM system
Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree 
  • Work experience: Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
Languages:

  • Georgian (native)
  • English/Russian (intermediate level is desirable)
Computer skills:

  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM systems (desirable)
