About the position:
We are looking for a proactive, motivated, organized and detail-oriented team member who will be focused on corporate customer support and problem solving, product offerings and sales process management.
Main responsibilities:
- Effective management of the customer portfolio and building long-term, trust-based partner relationships;
- Administrative support to the customer and full provision of requested information;
- Working on resolving the customer's problematic issues and taking care of their retention;
- Conducting presentations (onboarding) for new customers, providing instructions and meetings if necessary.
- Offering/selling additional services (upsell) to existing customers in the portfolio;
Qualifications:
- Experience in face-to-face, telephone and written communication with the customer;
- Experience in working in an internal program and reflecting changes;
- Sales experience
What we offer you:
- Working hours: 10:00-19:00, rest on Saturday and Sunday
- Compensation: fixed salary 1500 GEL + monthly bonus system
