Responsibilities:

Providing high-quality service to guests, creating and maintaining a positive environment at the property
Escorting guests to their rooms, assisting with luggage
Unpacking and repacking guest luggage, as needed
Informing guests about the hotel's services
Maintaining cleanliness in the lobby and the luggage room

Required skills:

Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage;
Excellent command of English language is a must;
Ability to work in a team;
Communication skills;
Attention to detail.
