One Point announces a vacancy for a Branch Manager position for a partner company in a jewelry store chain.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor the operational and commercial processes of the retail facility;
Ensure sales growth and, if necessary, participate in marketing activities;
Coordinate and effectively communicate with the sales department;
Manage the team;
Plan and control work processes;
Create schedules and vacations;
Initiate assessment and development processes;
Maintain service standards and monitor their implementation;
Monitor product placement and merchandising in the showroom;
Control cash register operations;
Manage product inventory and monitor the receiving process;
Organize and manage planned promotions;
Manage the product inventory process;
Resolve problems in a timely manner, both with employees and customers;
Maintain cleanliness and sanitary standards in the retail facility;
Analyze work performed and report to management.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position in a branded store chain or in a high-end service sector.
Knowledge of Russian and/or English;
Knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
Knowledge of the FINA program (desirable)

Working hours: I shift - from 10:00 to 19:00 II shift from 13:00 to 21:00

Job location: Tbilisi, Vake, Saburtalo.
