Qualification Requirements:
- Higher education;
- 1 year of experience in a similar
position;
- Knowledge of office computer programs;
(MS Word; MS Excel; MS Outlook);
- Intermediate to high level knowledge of
Russian and English languages.
Main Function-Responsibilities:
- High-quality service to existing and
potential customers;
- Receiving/processing incoming calls;
- Providing complete information and
consultation to customers;
- Correctly redirecting customers;
- Solving problems arising in the service
process, taking care of customer satisfaction;
- Performing all other functional
responsibilities related to the position.
Personal Characteristics:
- Active, purposeful and result-oriented;
- Analytical thinking ability, attentive to details;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Refined communication and speech skills;
- Ability to work in a stressful
environment.
Working Schedule: 10:00 - 19:00 | 5/7
