Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality service to guests, creating and maintaining a positive environment on the property
• Escorting guests to their rooms, assisting with luggage
• Unpacking and repacking guest luggage as needed
• Informing guests about hotel services
• Maintaining cleanliness in the lobby and luggage room

Required skills:

• Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage;
• Excellent command of English is a must;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Communication skills;
• Detail-oriented.
