Standard responsibilities:

Perform the duties and obligations assigned by the employment contract in full, on time and with high quality;
Be a collegial and team player to achieve overall success;
Act in accordance with the standards and regulations existing in the company;
Observe all health and safety measures;
Be responsible for the company's internal regulations.

Main responsibilities:

Control and management of systems in accordance with ISO 22000 standard;
Management and control according to established standards in the production process of the enterprise (nuts, honey, slaughterhouse, eggs, cheese), issue appropriate instructions in case of detection of the quality of the work performed and defects;
Management and control of daily quality management activities;
Coordination and management of the non-conformity management process;
Visual control of finished products in accordance with the product description;
Monitoring of cleaning and disinfection according to the plan;
Control of compliance with the legislative requirements for food safety;
Control of the accuracy of the equipment in the enterprise;
Control of the production of appropriate data records; metrological support.
