The company "Let`s Go" announces a vacancy - Dispatcher / Operations Manager If you have experience working as a taxi dispatcher, operations manager of a travel company, operator of a transport company center, account manager or in a similar field and are ready to work in a young friendly team, we are looking for you. 

Our company has been operating in the tourism and transport sector for over 8 years. In particular, we provide transportation services to our international partners. Our partners are: Booking.com, Talixo, Kiwitaxi, Iway, cartraveler, viator, etc.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Responding to emails during working hours, registering orders in the system, controlling the execution of orders; 

• Correct and meaningful communication with clients on the company's order emails, incoming messengers on social networks;

• Answering incoming calls from the company's orders and / or the company's hotline - making outgoing calls.

 Requirements:

•  English language proficiency;

• Knowledge of Russian (considered an advantage);

• Computer user level proficiency 

Responsibilities:

• Control of existing orders and registration in the system;

• Communication with drivers and ;

• Control of orders received by drivers;

• Feedback with customers through digital and telephone channels;

Personal qualities :

• Disciplined and punctual;

• Ability to think logically and analytically;

• Ability to work in a team and individually;

• Ability to work in stressful situations;

• Ability to conduct effective negotiations.

Სorking hours and remuneration: 

• 15 working days per month, including a 12-hour schedule in the day shift;

• 10 working days per month in the night shift (⅓ every third night shift), 12-hour schedule;

• The probationary period is paid.
