Main responsibilities:

• Inventory of kitchen equipment (pots, pans, plates, cups, etc.)
• Following instructions (unloading the dishwasher, washing dishes, etc.)
• Knowledge of all detergents and rules for their use;
• Correct use of dishwashing equipment;
• Control of the required amount of detergents;
• Maintaining cleanliness at the workplace;
• Keeping all materials in good condition in accordance with the hotel standards;
