Hotel "ROOMS Kazbegi" announces a vacancy for the position of Pool Receptionist.

Main responsibilities:

• Greet and serve all guests of the wellness center with a smile and polite manner, answer phone calls, and maintain cleanliness both around the pool and in the reception area of the wellness center;
• Enter all necessary data into the program;
• Have comprehensive information about all services offered by the wellness center and, if necessary, consult the guests of the center to improve sales;
• Carry out cash transactions in a friendly and attentive manner, as well as check credit card transactions. (Cash must be accepted based on the cashier's receipt. It is not allowed to accept the amount without a receipt);
• Try to resolve and eliminate any problems of the guests of the wellness center in a calm and balanced manner;
• Do not ignore the dissatisfaction expressed by the guest and provide information on all important issues to the supervisor of the department for timely response;
• Must be patient, positive, and communicative;
• Must take care of the inventory and equipment in the wellness center;
• Always have all the necessary inventory and documentation for work in the reception;
• Control the issuance and return of keys to the gym and changing room, and the inventory of keys at the end of each day;
• Be responsible for the storage and issuance of keys to all doors in the wellness center;
• Constantly communicate with other employees of the wellness center and enter all news and important information in the workbook;
• Be flexible in doing several things at the same time;
• Perform other work related to this position as needed.
• Carry out the massage booking procedure in accordance with the standards.

Required skills:

• Excellent knowledge of Georgian and English;
