Key Responsibilities:

• Taking guest orders and ensuring timely delivery;
• Ensuring timely cleaning and removal of trays and dishes;
• Having excellent knowledge of the menu items including food and beverage ingredients and providing recommendations when needed;
• Maintaining cleanliness of the work area;
• Ensuring proper communication between the kitchen, order takers and service team members;
• Taking into consideration guest comments and providing feedback to the appropriate department when needed.

Required Skills:

• Previous work experience in a similar field will be considered an advantage;
• Education in the field of food and beverage will be considered an advantage;
• Excellent command of English language is a must;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Excellent communication skills;
