Alta Company announces a vacancy for the position of Call Center Operator:

Main responsibilities:

• Responding to information calls;
• Excellent knowledge and adherence to service standards;
• Processing sales requests/transferring to the order planning group;
• Making outgoing calls to monitor and improve service quality;
• Providing information about repairs, accessories/making outgoing calls related to repair status.
• Receiving assembly requests, specifying deadlines and program formation;
• Redirecting users if necessary;

• Recording incoming calls, sorting by issues;

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education is desirable;
• Conversational level of English and/or Russian;
• Knowledge of office programs (MS Office);
• Experience in a similar position;
