Schedule: Full, standard schedule

Compensation/Terms: Based on the candidate's data, in addition to the salary, the employee will benefit from a corporate number, an internet package and an insurance program.

Description and Responsibilities:


  • Salary and business card (document, check, remainder, journal, preparation of issue/revenue orders). For accounting
  • Provide documentation once a month;
  • Purchase fuel as needed, prepare an expense report and then submit it to the accounting department once a month;
  • Prepare a weekly and monthly transfer Excel file and control the information provided by the accountant based on this;
  • Collection, control and provision of primary documents, including strict accounting documents, as well as other documentation to be submitted to the accountant;
  • When selling a product RS issue an invoice and an invoice, accept and control the transfer of funds. / Maintain employee registry on Rs.ge
  • Call, remind, control debtors (so-called Collection of customer receivables ) (if necessary, go through comparison cards, prepare a list of liabilities;)
  • Inventory base control;
  • Accounting for days of vacation, sick leave and personal leave (order, notification, other);
  • Control of fines, parking and technical inspections on the car;
  • Collection of orders for stationery, hygiene products + products necessary for the kitchen, purchase. (Once every three months)
  • Drafting, organizing and administering/storing employment contracts.

Qualification Requirements:


  • Relevant education
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Work experience at the entry level is desirable
  • Knowledge of English at the B1 level is desirable

 

Personal and Character Characteristics are more important than qualifications!
