Description and Responsibilities:

 

• Calls with potential buyers, sending offers and follow-up reminders via email;
• Coordination/planning of delivery of purchased goods;
• Preparation and sending of invoices for purchased products to the customer;
• Prospecting (working on a potential buyer base)
• Production of sales, offers file.
• Responding to incoming calls/referrals;
• Calls to debtors if necessary;
• Inventory base control;
• Statistical analysis of sales;
• Preparation of the annual forecast twice a year and then its control;

 

Qualification requirements:

• Relevant education
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Work experience at the entry level is desirable
• Knowledge of English is desirable at B1 level
