Silkway Tourism Group announces a vacancy for the position of Reservation Agent.

A Reservation Agent is responsible for managing reservations, checking availability of accommodations, and making or changing reservations; maintaining communication with partners; and finding new partnership opportunities.

Personal Skills - Qualifications:

• Ability to establish and maintain positive professional relationships
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Desire to develop in-depth understanding of the business and related services
• Experience in a relevant field is a plus
• Georgian and English languages are a must
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Responsibilities:

• Open and maintain communication channels from the database and establish new relationships with target groups.
• Provide the best offers and rates for the company from the preferred hotels and resorts, and constantly update them.
• Meet and arrange all necessary reservations from the sales department in a timely and proper manner.
• Monitor, coordinate, and send necessary payments to the hotels and submit them to the administration and accounting.
• Monitor customer and reservation conditions, confirm their confirmed reservations, and handle urgent cases, if any.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the manager
