Episode Hotels announces a vacancy for the position of Breakfast Cook.

 

Job Location: Tbilisi, Pekini str. 41

Work schedule: 5 working days and 2 days off. 40 hours per week. 06:00-15:00 (transportation)

Compensation: 1200+

Benefits: Meals / Insurance / Overtime pay system.

Main responsibilities:

• Preparing breakfast in compliance with existing recipes and calculations;
• Preparing and processing necessary ingredients;
• Storing food products in accordance with established standards;
• Organizing and serving the breakfast area;
• Ensuring a hygienic environment in the kitchen in compliance with relevant standards;
• Controlling the stock of products;
• Taking into account the individual requests of the guests;
• Carrying out tasks assigned by the Chef.

Qualification Characteristics:

• At least 1 year of experience as a breakfast cook is desirable;
• Knowledge of the specifics of breakfast preparation in a hotel;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Sense of responsibility;
• Knowledge of food storage and processing standards;
• Quick response to orders and high-quality execution.
