‘Coffee LAB * ყავის ლაბორატორია" is the first Georgian company that started producing Specialty coffee in Georgia since 2016 and today imports more than 40 tons of green beans annually and roasts them locally for both retail and B2B businesses.

Today, the company employs over 150 employees.

The brand unites 6 retail outlets of various concepts, which offer not only a bar menu, but also a kitchen and a bakery menu, as well as the world's leading coffee equipment and accessories. The retail segment provides up to 400,000 services per year.

For more than 300 partners in the B2B segment, the company provides the best coffee beans, coffee equipment from the world's leading brands, training and service. The B2B segment of the Coffee Laboratory unites both leading coffee shops and restaurants and the corporate sector.

The company "Coffee LAB" is looking for a new team member for the following position: Cook.

Main responsibilities:

Prepare dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards.
Prepare various types of bread and pastries, croissants and dough products.
Constant quality control of products.
Compliance with technological standards in the process of preparing dishes.
Compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards.

Required skills:

Education in the field of culinary.
Desirable experience as a cook for 1-3 years.
Ability to work in a team.

Working conditions and benefits:

Working days: 2/2, during the week every next 2 days are working days and 2 days off, a total of 15 working days per month.

Working hours: 09:00 – 21:00.

Compensation: determined by experience (900 - 1400 GEL)

Place of work: Tbilisi, Vake/Saburtalo.
