Hotel "ROOMS Tbilisi“ announces a vacancy for the position of Receptionist 

Work location: Tbilisi, Kostava N14

Work schedule: Full

Main responsibilities:

• Check the list of guests and their requests every morning;
• Check the information left in the program at the beginning of each shift;
• Arrange the list of room cleaning times;
• Meet the guest warmly. Carry out the registration procedure in compliance with all the rules;
• Enter existing and additional information about the guest into the program;
• Ensure the confidentiality of information about guests;
• Ensure timely closing of accounts by guests;
• Generate departure list reports;
• In case of receiving a complaint from a guest, find ways to resolve it and check the status of resolving the issue as soon as possible;
• Provide information to guests, about the city's attractions;
• Ensure the guest's arrival and departure, at the hotel and outside;

Required skills:

• Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage;
• Proficient knowledge of English is required;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Communication skills;
• Detail-oriented.
