Functional Responsibilities:
Managing the daily operations of the call center;
Organizing the working hours and work process of the subordinates;
Participating in the development and implementation of call center policies and procedures;
Initiating motivational programs and incentive activities;
Higher education in any direction;
At least 1 year of work experience in sales;
Work experience in sales in a managerial position will be considered an advantage;
Basic knowledge of MS Office;

Work schedule: Full time; Monday to Saturday
Working hours: from 10:00 to 18:00.
