Main responsibilities:

• Maintain Radisson Tbilisi Hotel food quality, preparation, recipes and presentation standards
• Together with Chef de Partie ensure correct plating, portioning and presentation of dishes
• Ensure written records of dishes learned and perform accordingly.
• Properly follow safety rules, hygiene, food safety and sanitation system
• Ensure full readiness to work according to the schedule at the workplace.
