Main responsibilities:
- Maintain Radisson Tbilisi Hotel food quality, preparation, recipes and presentation standards
- Together with Chef de Partie ensure correct plating, portioning and presentation of dishes
- Ensure written records of dishes learned and perform accordingly.
- Properly follow safety rules, hygiene, food safety and sanitation system
- Ensure full readiness to work according to the schedule at the workplace.
