About WeCharge

WeCharge is a rapidly growing Georgian technology company set to launch operations in 2025, offering innovative power bank sharing solutions across Georgia and internationally.  Our mission is to provide seamless, accessible, and convenient mobile charging for people on the go. As we expand globally, we are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, support station deployment, and maintain the efficiency of our charging network. This role is essential to ensuring smooth workflows, inventory management, and cross-team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Execution & Coordination  
  • Oversee the execution of daily operations, ensuring efficient deployment, maintenance, and optimal station performance. 
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for stations and power banks.
  • Manage and oversee the loyalty system, including Wecoins, promo codes, feed content, and story management. 
  • Monitor operational performance, address challenges, and coordinate necessary repairs. 
  • Oversee logistics and transportation for station placements and repairs to ensure smooth execution. Monitor data through the admin panel to ensure accuracy and timely updates. 
  • Assist in optimizing operational workflows to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Ensure seamless logistics and transport for station placements and repairs.
Sales & Partner Support:

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth station placement and venue partnerships. 
  • Support venue acquisition efforts by assisting in partner coordination and contract execution. 
  • Ensure partner agreements are followed according to operational and technical requirements. 
Product & System Development:

Contribute to the development of the loyalty system, including, wecoin, promo code, feed, story management. 
Support the enhancement of the admin platform based on operational needs and competencies. 
Collaborate with developers to optimize system functionalities for seamless operations.

Cross-Department Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Provide regular reports on station deployment, inventory status, and operational efficiency. 
  • Participate in team meetings to align on priorities, challenges, and key operational tasks.
  • Report on the development and performance of the loyalty system, including Wecoin, promo codes, feed, and story management. 
  • Support the enhancement of the admin platform based on operational needs and competencies. 
  • Collaborate with developers to optimize system functionalities for seamless operations.
System Monitoring & Validation:

  • Oversee real-time system monitoring to ensure stations are listed, activated, and functioning properly.
  • Validate data accuracy, ensuring real-time tracking of operational and sales performance.
  • Monitor and manage the loyalty system, including Wecoins, promo codes, feed, and story management.
  • Identify areas for system or process improvements, working closely with developers and support teams.
Daily & Long-Term Operational:

  • Assist in forecasting future deployment and maintenance needs based on company growth. 
  • Contribute to developing scalable operational strategies as WeCharge expands into new markets.
Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, business development/startup development or service management.
  • Fluent English is mandatory, and fluency in Russian is preferred.
  • Background in technology or service-based industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of technology platforms, digital tools, and operational systems, with expertise in CRM systems, data analytics, and process optimization techniques.
  • Experience with deployment, logistics, or technical service management is a plus.
  • Proven leadership experience, preferably managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Salary: Fixed + Bonus
