Responsibilities:

• Receiving incoming phone calls from the insured;
• Providing information and consulting the insured;
• Working with the internal insurance program for the purpose of searching and registering information;
• Other tasks and responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

• Higher medical education or a graduating student (medicine, dentistry, health care, pharmacy and other related specialties) is desirable;
• Knowledge of spoken and written English and Russian;
• Ability to work with a computer and knowledge of office programs (MS Office);
• Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage;
• Organization and sense of responsibility.
