General Requirements:
- Manages the marketing production & creativity processes, from idea to implementation, from design to final delivery, including all related steps and works from material selection to proofreading and editing.
- Creates and assists the team in creation marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and other printed media.
- Reviews print layouts for accuracy and consistency in design, text, and images.
- Collaborates with partner companies to ensure high-quality, timely, and cost-effective production of marketing materials.
- Works on promotion of hotel events through online and offline channels.
- Actively participates in photo and video content production social media.
- Engages with the hotel's social media followers by responding to comments and messages.
- Collaborates with the marketing team to ensure seamless works execution.
Candidate Profile:
- Creative, open-minded, with positive outlook, original-thinker, responsible, highly communicative, punctual.
- Good knowledge of written and verbal English and Georgian is necessary.
- Oriented on growth and visible results.
- Is able to work independently.
- Possesses a bachelor's degree in marketing, PR, business administration, communications, or any other related field.
- Has a minimum of 2 years of a marketing, PR or similar creative job experience.
- Is able to provide a proof of organizational skills, has strong attention to details.
- Has full understanding of social media impact, working mechanisms, knows how to manage the content and is high-level user of meta applications.
