We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. This person will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving revenue growth through strong customer relationships and market insights. Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.

  • Set sales goals, track performance, and report on KPIs to leadership.

  • Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with key clients.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies.

  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews and forecasting.

  • Hire, onboard, and train new sales representatives.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

  • Use CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads and sales activities.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

  • Proven ability to lead a sales team and meet/exceed targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized.

Preferred:


  • Experience in [specific industry, e.g., SaaS, manufacturing, real estate, etc.].

  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, Sandler).

  • Experience in building and scaling B2B/B2C sales teams.
