We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be experienced in both strategy and execution across digital and offline channels, with a passion for storytelling, analytics, and team collaboration.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
Plan and manage campaigns across digital, email, content, social media, and paid advertising.
Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to develop marketing assets and messaging.
Manage and grow the company’s digital presence (SEO/SEM, website, social media, etc.).
Analyze campaign performance and report ROI to stakeholders, making data-driven decisions.
Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
Coordinate events, webinars, or trade show participation when applicable.
Conduct market research to identify new trends and customer insights.
Oversee external vendors, freelancers, and marketing agencies as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
4+ years of experience in a marketing role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
Proven track record of running successful marketing campaigns and projects.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot/Marketo, SEO tools, Meta/Google Ads, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Creative mindset with analytical abilities.
Experience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., SaaS, e-commerce, B2B/B2C, etc.].
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
Leadership experience and ability to mentor junior team members.
