We are currently looking for a Universal Banker in Tbilisi.

 

Main responsibilities:

•        Implementation of individual plans set for branch/service center employees;
•       Opening/closing of accounts within the framework of customer service, implementation of any type of operation related to accounts;
•       Collection of data on the creditworthiness of clients, ensuring the accuracy of information;
•       Providing high-quality service to existing and potential clients of the bank.

 

 

Requirements:

•      Higher education;
•      At least 6 months of experience in customer service in the banking sector (in operational and credit areas);
•      Experience in sales of credit products is required;
•      Knowledge of banking programs will be an advantage;
•      Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

•        Effective communication skills;
•        Ability to convey information correctly and convincingly;
•        Sense of responsibility;
•        Ability to work in a team;
