Job Overview:
Hampton by Hilton Batumi Center
is looking for a motivated and experienced Guest Operations Supervisor to ensure efficient operations of our
Front Desk, Housekeeping and F&D departments. As Operations Supervisor at
Hampton by Hilton Batumi Center, you will be responsible for overseeing and
coordinating daily operations across the Front Desk, Housekeeping, and
Breakfast/Bar service.
This
role is reporting directly to the General Manager and serves as Manager on Duty
(MOD) as scheduled, acting as the main contact point for staff and guests.
Main Duties &
Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Guest Services:
- Lead
and support staff onboarding, operational system setup (PMS, POS, brand
compliance tools), and ensure ongoing departmental readiness — both during
the pre-opening phase and as part of continuous daily operations
- Supervise
the Front Desk team to ensure smooth and professional check-in/out
experiences.

Be aware of guest
satisfaction metrics and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest
satisfaction.
- Oversee
the breakfast area and small bar (managed by Front Office), ensuring
timely setup, cleanliness, and excellent guest service.
- Monitor
all front office, Food & Drinks financial operations and ensure their
compliance with accounting controls and procedures.
Housekeeping:
- Coordinate
daily room assignments and ensure rooms are cleaned and inspected according
to the standards.
- Ensure
public areas meet brand cleanliness and presentation standards through
regular inspections.
- Supervise
housekeeping staff performance and provide training as needed.
- Be
aware of housekeeping cleanliness KPIs and address guest feedback promptly.
- Monitor
inventory of linen, cleaning supplies, and amenities, ensuring
cost-effective use.
Leadership & Operations:
- Oversee
daily hotel operations to ensure smooth, efficient service in line with
Hampton brand standards
- Support
department teams by providing hands-on leadership, resolving issues, and
driving team performance
- Support
the implementation of corporate initiatives, new procedures as requested
- Contribute
to budgeting, forecasting, and inventory control to help manage resources
effectively and meet financial goals
- Perform
any other related duties as assigned by General Manager to support the
hotel's objectives.
Other Duties:
- Comply
with all the company policies
- Demonstrate
working knowledge of the service standards
- Perform
any other related duties as assigned by the Department Leader, or General
Manager to support the hotel's objectives.
- Collaborate
with operations team to ensure seamless communication between departments and
deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Demonstrate
effective time management skills; meet tight deadlines and conduct assigned
tasks, which might also imply the necessity of additional working hours, beyond
those stated in employment contract.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management,
Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of hotel experience, including at
least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role within the Front Desk or Rooms
Division
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g.,
OnQ, Opera, or other PMS).
- Basic knowledge of health & safety, fire
procedures, and front office accounting.
- Fluent in English; additional language proficiency
is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities – capable of guiding,
motivating, and supporting hotel Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Drinks
teams.
- Problem-solving mindset – able to make quick,
effective decisions in dynamic operational environment.
- Organizational and multitasking skills – manages
multiple departments and shifts efficiently.
