Job Overview:
Hampton by Hilton Batumi Center
is looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. his
is a hands-on, line-level role responsible for executing daily sales actions,
managing client relationships, and contributing to the development of sales
strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily sales actions and follow up on
leads to drive bookings and revenue
- Develop and present tailored proposals,
contracts, and presentations for corporate, group, and event clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term
relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Respond promptly and professionally to client
inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business
opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and
participation in relevant events
- Maintain and update a comprehensive client
database
- Participate
actively in the contracting process, including proposal preparation,
negotiation, and closing.
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and
performance reports.
- Produce
accurate and timely reports including the reporting of appointments,
calls, and any relevant client interactions
Other Duties:
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and
ethical standards in day-to-day activities.
- Maintain a solid understanding of service
excellence standards
- Undertake any additional responsibilities or
special projects as delegated by the Sales Manager or General Manager to
support broader business goals.
- Work collaboratively with the operations and other
internal teams to ensure effective communication and a smooth customer
experience
- Manage workload effectively, prioritize tasks to
meet tight deadlines, and demonstrate flexibility with work hours according to
business needs
Qualifications
& Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management,
Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably
within the hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to
meet targets, close deals, and manage client relationships
- Self-motivated,
organized, and capable of working independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
and business development.
Skills:
- Ability to effectively sell products/services and
strong negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication to
interact with clients, team members, and management
- High level of accuracy in documentation,
reporting, and correspondence
- Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and
tasks
Working Conditions:
Job site: Batumi.
Employment type: Monday to Friday/full time job.
Remuneration: by agreement.
