Job Overview:
As Finance Manager, you will lead
our hotel's finance function with a hands-on approach, ensuring accurate
reporting, effective budgeting, and compliance with brand and local standards.
You’ll collaborate closely with operations, ownership, and Hilton’s regional
finance team to drive efficiency, accountability, and profitability—ultimately
supporting seamless and memorable guest experiences.
This role reports directly to
the General Manager and helps keep the hotel’s finances on track while
supporting smooth teamwork across departments and great guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management &
Analysis:
- Oversee and ensure the accuracy and
timeliness of the month-end closing process, including preparation of
financial reports and reconciliation of key accounts
- Lead the financial planning and setup for
hotel pre-opening, ensuring all financial systems, reporting tools, and
operational procedures are in place.
- Recruit, onboard, and train accounting team
members
- Prepare accurate and timely financial
reports, including monthly P&L statements, forecasts, and variance
analyses.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and develop
rolling forecasts in collaboration with department heads and the GM.
- Monitor revenue streams and operating
expenses, analyze KPIs, and provide insights to optimize profitability.
- Manage cash flow, oversee receivables and
deposits, and ensure effective cost control measures.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax laws,
financial regulations,.
- Coordinate and facilitate both internal and
external audits as required.
Operational Oversight:
- Implement and maintain internal controls,
financial procedures, and reporting systems that suit the focused-service
model.
- Support all aspects of hotel finance,
including payroll, purchasing, inventory control, and disbursement
processes.
- Partner with hotel departments and Hilton’s
regional finance team to align financial performance with operational
goals.
- Ensure all financial systems and software
integrations (PMS, accounting tools, etc.) are accurately maintained.
- Guarantee the hotel’s compliance with legal
contracts, permits, leases, and operational tax obligations.
Team Leadership &
Development:
- Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting
staff through effective coaching and performance management.
- Conduct regular financial reviews with
department leaders, support monthly Credit Meetings, and finalize
forecasts.
- Foster a culture of accountability,
continuous improvement, and financial transparency across the
organization.
Qualifications
& Requirements:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as Finance
Manager in the hospitality industry.
- Proven expertise in P&L analysis,
budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of USALI and IFRS accounting
standards, as well as familiarity with business laws related to labor,
tax, insurance, and compliance
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and
proficiency in hotel-related financial systems.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and
problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration
skills.

Job site: Batumi.
Employment type: Monday to Friday/full time job.
Remuneration: by agreement.
