We're Hiring: Desk Operator/Cashier at FUSILLI – The Pasta Bar

Location: Wine Factory 

Position: Desk Operator (Full-Time / Part-Time)

FUSILLI is a unique pasta bar dedicated entirely to one iconic pasta shape – fusilli. Our menu features a variety of handcrafted sauces, made exclusively with premium ingredients imported directly from Italy. At the heart of our kitchen is our passionate chef, who brings over 20 years of culinary experience from working in Italy. We bring authentic Italian flavors to every bite – fast, fresh, and full of personality.

Your Role:

We’re looking for a friendly and organized Desk Operator to be the first point of contact for our customers, both in person and online. You will be responsible for:

• Taking and managing customer orders at the counter
• Handling online orders via Wolt, Glovo, and other platforms
• Ensuring clear communication between the kitchen and delivery services
• Providing excellent customer service with a welcoming attitude
• Maintaining a clean and tidy front-of-house space

What We’re Looking For:

• Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Basic tech skills to navigate order apps and POS systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A team player with attention to detail
• Previous experience in hospitality is a plus, but not required
• Fluency in Georgian, English is a plus
