General Responsibilities:

• Assisting senior chefs with food preparation specific to Asian cuisine.

• Learning and mastering new culinary techniques and recipes unique to Asian gastronomy.

• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen work area.

• Monitoring and managing stock levels of ingredients.

• Ensuring strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.

• Supporting the kitchen team in all aspects of daily operations.

General Requirements:

• Proven, significant experience as a Commis or similar role in a professional kitchen, with a strong focus on Asian cuisine.

• Solid understanding of Asian cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.

• Strong commitment to food safety and hygiene standards.

• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop within an Asian culinary context.
