The Marketing Specialist manages social media content and engagement, develops marketing materials, and creates visually appealing banners. This role involves coordinating design projects, monitoring organic engagement, and creating content for various platforms to enhance the company's brand presence and customer engagement.

Main Functions & Responsibilities:

Social Media & Digital Content

• Plan and publish engaging content across social media, website, and email platforms
• Monitor engagement, moderate interactions, and prepare performance reports
• Write SEO-optimized blog posts and web content

Content Creation

• Develop SEO-optimized blog posts, website copy, email campaigns, and marketing materials like brochures and presentations.
• Ensure high-quality translations and consistency in messaging.

Design & Visual Coordination

• Create and coordinate visuals for social media, presentations, brochures, and banners
• Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials

Communication & Collaboration

• Liaise with vendors, media agencies, and print houses
• Handle customer hotline inquiries and support internal communications
• Work closely with marketing and other departments to ensure aligned messaging

Reporting & Strategy Support

• Analyze digital performance and provide insights to improve content strategies
• Contribute to campaign planning and cross-functional marketing efforts

Qualifications:

✅1 year of work experience in marketing

✅Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

✅Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

✅Good knowledge of SEO and ability to create optimized content

✅Experience with external communications or vendor coordination is preferred

✅Familiarity with analytics tools and platforms

✅Basic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop

✅Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities

✅Creative mindset and ability to generate fresh content ideas
