Responsibilities:

• Detailed consultation of insured persons;
• Registration and software reflection of existing requests and responses of clients;
• Receiving and registering documents of insured persons and informing insured persons about decisions;
• Making decisions and issuing amounts within the framework of delegation on insurance compensation;
• Other tasks and responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

• Mandatory higher medical education (preference is given to the Faculty of Medicine);
• At least one year of work experience in the service sector;
• Speaking and writing skills in Russian and English are preferred;
• Ability to work with a computer and knowledge of office programs (MS Office);
• Ability to work in a stressful mode;
