Position Overview:

We are currently seeking two driven and enthusiastic individuals for the position of Real Estate Sales Agent. If you are motivated, results-oriented, and eager to build a career in real estate, we would love to hear from you.

Our office is located at: Tbilisi, Al. Kazbegi Ave. N12a, 3rd Floor.

Compensation:

Fixed salary: 1500 GEL

Additional Bonuses: Based on performance (commission from sales, which amounts to 1% of the value of the apartment sold from our portfolio)

Working Hours:

• Work schedule: 5/6 day work week
• Daily working hours: max 8 hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential Buyers.
• Provide clients with detailed information about available properties in ongoing development project assigned to you.
• Assist clients through the buying process, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with the other team members to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

Personal Qualities:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets.
• Punctual and organized with a high level of responsibility.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales.
• At least 6 months of experience in the real estate industry.
• Proficient in using office software (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail, MS Office).
• Conversational level of Georgian and English languages.
