The Junior Shift Leader is a highly organized person which
assists with the management of daily business activities and administrative
tasks.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- One
year of experience in the Live Gaming industry or one-year relevant
experience in a similar position.
- Great
communication skills. Very good written and verbal communication in
English.
- Able
to work shifts (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Able
to elaborate on any situation in a polite, calm, and peaceful manner.
- Able to
identify and resolve a variety of ad-hoc and non-standard issues on shift.
- Able
to think on your feet and make decisions in a time constraining manner.
- Excellent
computer literacy skills. Microsoft 365 suite and in particular MS Excel.
Knowledge of MS Excel formulas.
- Excellent
computer literacy skills. Able to learn how to use all needed software and
be able to use gained knowledge after training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist
with the management of daily operational activities such as
- internal
rotations
- live
behavior
- replacements
due to absence
- general
shift management
- other
ad-hoc situations that may occur during a shift.
- Answer
phone calls while on shift.
- Coordinate
proper allocation of human resources during the shift.
- Arrange
and assist with new employee onboarding.
- Assist
with staff training and retraining when visibly necessary. Ensure proper
training of new colleagues.
- Use
various internal systems including but not limited to JIRA, WIKI,
Microsoft 365 suite, and scheduling software.
- Assist
with employee engagement activities during the shift (if any events are
organized).
- Help
with client promotions on live tables (when such occur)
- Prepare
and maintain operations documents and reports.
- Assist
collaboration among different departments to achieve high performance
across the shifts.
- Replace
colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves, and other absences.
- Ensure
adherence to all internal procedures.

- Any
other duties as required and relevant to the role
