The Role
To support effective and compliant HR operations by
delivering core HR processes, ensuring continuity across the employee
lifecycle, and contributing to stable day-to-day people operations in a
fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end HR operational processes
across the employee lifecycle
- Support payroll, benefits, and general HR
administration processes
- Ensure compliance, accurate documentation, and
record-keeping
- Support HR systems usage and contribute to
process improvements
- Support tracking and reporting of key HR
operational metrics to ensure visibility and process control
- Provide operational HR support to employees and
managers
- Coordinate with Operations, Payroll, Finance,
Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of HR
processes
- Support continuity of HR operations by covering
responsibilities during team absences
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure
consistent and streamlined HR processes across the company
- Provide operational support for HR projects and
initiatives Maintain accurate employee records and HR
databases
Experience & Profile:
- 3+ years of hands-on HR Operations experience in
a high-volume environment
- Solid understanding of HR processes and
employment administration
- Comfortable working with HR systems and HR data
- Strong organizational skills and attention to
detail
- Ability to manage workload independently and
operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and
problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and
collaboratively within a team
- High level of discretion and ability to handle
confidential information
- Fluency in English
