Location: Tbilisi, Saburtalo

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, 12:00 – 21:00
1-hour lunch break

Salary:
Starting from $500 (depending on experience) + attractive bonus system

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated English-speaking Support Representative to join our team in Tbilisi. The main goal of this role is to build strong relationships with our customers and provide high-quality support while helping the company achieve its targets.

This is a full-time office-based position, and we provide free business training in the office to help you succeed and grow professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Consult and assist customers in English

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Meet daily and monthly performance targets

• Provide clear and professional communication with customers

• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum English level: B2

• Previous experience in an English-speaking position or related field is a strong advantage

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High proficiency in objection handling and persuasion

• Result-oriented mindset

• Confidence when communicating in English

• Ability to work in a team and meet targets

• Ready to start immediately
