JET STAR International is expanding its operations and launching a new project in Georgia. We are looking for motivated and ambitious Sales Managers to join our growing team in Batumi.

Your Responsibilities:
- Search and acquire B2B clients in industrial sectors (equipment, spare parts, abrasives
- Prepare and present commercial offers
- Enter and manage client data in our CRM system
- Build long-term relationships with key customers
- Reach monthly targets and participate in market development
We Offer:
- Full-time position at our office in Batumi / Hybrid / Online
- Fixed salary 500$+ commission until 1.4% of sales turnover (Other managers in the company earn between 1500-2500 USD)
- Full CRM and back-office support
- Legal employment or B2B contract
- Onboarding training and tools provided (laptop, mobile phone,)
What We Expect:
- Communicative knowledge one of Languages: German
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required
- Motivation to grow, willingness to learn, and a responsible attitude
