Aversi Announces an Opening for the Position of Cyclotron Project Lead

Position Overview:


The Cyclotron Project Lead will be responsible for the overall planning, implementation, and subsequent operational management of the Cyclotron Project, ensuring its successful delivery in accordance with international standards, regulatory requirements, and strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the Cyclotron Project;
  • Ensure effective management and coordination of all project phases, in line with established objectives, timelines, budgets, and resources;
  • Liaise with international partners, suppliers, consultants, and regulatory authorities to support successful project implementation;
  • Coordinate licensing activities and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements;
  • Organize, supervise, and optimize technical, operational, and administrative processes related to the project;
  • Support the implementation of GMP and other relevant quality standards, ensuring ongoing compliance;
  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks, implementing appropriate preventive and corrective measures where necessary;
  • Establish, develop, and lead the project team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative working environment;
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, key milestones, and overall performance.

Qualifications:


  • University degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry/Radiochemistry, Biotechnology, Medicine, Physics, Nuclear Physics, Engineering, or a related discipline;
  • Demonstrated experience in managing medium- to large-scale projects;
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, technological, scientific, manufacturing, laboratory, or GMP-regulated environments will be considered a significant advantage;
  • Familiarity with GMP standards, quality management systems, and regulatory compliance frameworks is highly desirable;
  • Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • English language proficiency at a minimum of B2 level; knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered an asset.
