General Responsibilities:
*Greeting customers and providing friendly, professional service.
* Recommending wines based on customers’ preferences
* Restocking wine bottles, beverages, and supplies.
* Processing payments and operating the cash register/POS system.
* Assisting with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and preparing the venue.
* Working as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.
