Credo Bank is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Investor Relations and Funding Officer.

Purpose of the position:

Investor Relations and Funding Officer is responsible to work with international financial institutions and social impact investors on long-term funding/borrowings. Coordinate due diligence activities, participate in investment agreement review, facilitate disbursement procedures and monitoring. Efficiently communicate bank`s performance and prospects with international partners. All under supervision of Investor Relations and Funding Unit.

This role would suit a hard-working, determined individual who wants to have exposure to international impact investments community and responsibility to deliver results.

Detailed Responsibilities:

 Coordinate investor due diligence activities:

  • Recommend and plan meetings with management, branches, clients;
  • Prepare pre and post due diligence information pack in cooperation with internal departments (such as finance reporting, treasury, risks, legal, business, social performance, etc.).
Participate in agreement review process and facilitate disbursement procedure:

  • With specific focus on commercial terms and financial covenants;
  • Coordinate agreement with legal and other internal departments to ensure successful closing;
  • Ensure submission of conditions precedents to signing and disbursement;
Support investment monitoring:

  • Provide rapid and quality follow up on regular and irregular investor inquiries on the bank`s finance and business performance;
  • Work on amendment of agreements as necessary;
  • Review monthly/quarterly financial reports and financial projections, prepare investor presentations and funding pipeline reports for external stakeholders;
  • Work with International Rating Agencies to provide requested information on performance of bank;
Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor or Master`s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field. Foreign education is a plus;
  • At least one year of experience in finance, or at least one year of experience in investor relations/fundraising/capital markets;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Excellent in Microsoft excel, word, pdf and power point;
  • Excellent coordination, problem solving and presentation skills;
