We are looking for a UX Specialist, who is interested in different directions of UX and is willing to manage the overall user experience of Re|Bank’s customers.

What are the major duties and responsibilities of the position?!

Take ownership of the digital channels defined by the Head of the Customer Experience Department and:

  • Design Customer Journey Maps for existing and new digital processes
  • Analyze customer journeys and identify customer pain points
  • Designs / redesign prototypes, screen mockups, and wireframes for new and existing digital processes
  • Actively participate in the development of new products / services, update of the existing products / services and planning of marketing activities / campaigns, ensuring the consistency of customer experience across different channels
Measure KPIs

  • Measure user experience KPIs and benchmarks (Adoption rate, engagement rate, MAU, DAU, Task success rate, Customer Effort Score, etc.) through UX research and/or user data analytics
Manage UX projects

  • Write business requirements, initiate, and manage projects addressing customer pain points, deficiencies of the user journeys, improvement of the user experience KPIs
What are the qualification requirements of this position?!

  • Education - University degree or equivalent will be an advantage
  • Languages - fluent in Georgian; Intermediate knowledge level of English
  • Technical knowledge - Knowledge of Banking products and services; Knowledge of Customer Journey Mapping and UX/UI design tools (e.g. Miro, XD, Figma)
  • Work experience - Banking experience will be an advantage
