Gudauri Lodge is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Barmen.
Location: Gudauri
Reports to: F&B Manager/Bar Manager
Compensation and Benefits:
- Company offers competitive salary. Living and meal will be provided
Position summary:
- Barmen responsibilities include greeting and serving guests, provide detailed information on menus, multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties and collecting the bills.
Main duties:
- Meeting and greeting guests
- Ability to describe ingredients of the beverages to the visitors
- Inform guests about daily specials
- Take order, prepare and serve alcoholic beverages
- Making recommendations on cocktail choices
- Up-selling at every opportunity
- Keep the bar free of dirty glasses
- Receiving payments
Requirements:
- Fluent English is a must; additional languages are considered as a plus;
- Education in Food and Beverage field is considered as a plus
- Work experience in related field is considered as a plus
- Ability to work in teams
- High sense of responsibility and punctuality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, smart, positive and energetic
