Hotel Front Office Receptionist responsibilities includes registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities;
MAIN DUTIES:
Provide rooms to guests with prior reservations, in accordance with their preferences
Register all information filled out by the guests on the registration cards into the computer
Review the arrival list every morning one last time for room allocation and special notes
Check customer key return on the departure list
Check the departure list every morning for any notes
Fill all front office reports properly
Memorize all prices of the hotel and its facilities ;
Inform guests about all hotel services, and trying to sell these services
Check whether cash and credit cards have been properly processed
Deal with revenue management and arranging bell-boy services
Resolve all guest complaints and problems
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent English, Russian and any additional languages will be considered as a plus
Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments.
High sense of responsibility and punctuality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, smart, positive and energetic
Attentive to details
