ვაკანსიის აღწერა

As a Workspace Logistics Assistant, we need you to:

  • To ensure and maintain proper and uninterrupted functioning of the HQ building;
  • To complete daily HQ checks in an applicable program;
  • To undertake small installation works, repairs to Mechanical and Electrical installations and
  • equipment;
  • To provide technical support for projects and assist with commissioning and hand over works for
  • installation and equipment;
  • To complete inspections of fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, building alarms,s, and
  • other building systems and to complete and maintain documentation;
  • To maintain and assist in repairing of plumbing components including toilets, urinals, lavatories,
  • flush valves, sinks, drains, water heaters, piping, and sump pumps.
  • To provide support in all other building maintenance, repair, and restorative procedures as
  • directed.
  • To provide water for water dispensers in the office facilities and overall control to prevent
  • running out of stock of water bottles.
  • Coordinate and monitor contractor’s activities including organizing repairs and following through
  • to completion.
  • To perform general Handyman tasks to maintain buildings including but not limited to repairing
  • locks, locking mechanisms, closets, doors, and where requested other building maintenance, repair,
  • and restorative procedures as directed.
  • To support the Workspace Manager and other Senior Managers with a range of office and
  • workspace improvement and development projects including supervising small refurbishment and
  • renovation projects.
  • To work with the H&S issues to ensure compliance with health and safety rules, regulations, and
  • best practices in accordance with policies and procedures in place.
  • To raise purchase orders for all office-related maintenance or repair issues.
  • To manage and coordinate meeting rooms and equipment as necessary.
  • To perform First Aid and Fire Warden duties.
  • To collaborate in training back up, with others, directed by the line manager.
  • To support and maintain a clean and safe workspace.
  • To perform other related duties as assigned.
We need you to have:

  • Knowledge of and experience in Facilities Management, building services, maintenance, and
  • property management.
  • Awareness of office electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Working knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • First Aider and Fire Warden/Marshall trained.
  • A qualification in Facilities Management, Property Management, or Construction Management
  • would be advantageous.
  • English language skills will be an advantage;
  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly skilled in Maintenance.
  • Good business service skills.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team.
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years experience in a Multi Skilled Building Services Maintenance Role for a
  • large multi-national entity ideal.
  • Prolonged periods are standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders or scaffolding.
